You can pay customs charges online, by phone on 03448 004466, or at one of Parcelforce's depots. You will need your 17-digit reference number, which can be found on the top left of the letter, which Parcelforce will send you when your parcel is received at their International hub.
Parcelforce accepts the following payment methods:
All major credit and debit cards
Cash (depot only)
Cheque (depot only)
Parcelforce does not accept BACs, Paypal or any other payment method not listed above.
I don't have the customs charge letter from Parcelforce Worldwide
If you can't find your customs charge letter or didn't receive it, please call the Parcelforce Customer Service team on 0344 800 4466 (calls charged at the local rate).
The customs payment website won't accept my reference number
In the event of the payment website not accepting your reference number, please call the Parcelforce Customer Service team.
Can I pay using my tracking number?
Unfortunately, only the reference number printed on your customs charge letter can be used to make a payment. If you don't have this, please contact the Parcelforce Customer Service team.
I have paid the customs charge – when will I receive my parcel?
Parcelforce normally delivers your parcel the next working day.
