IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT REGISTERED IN WAA:
Go to "My Returns" in the "My Account" menu.
Select an order from the drop-down list and click the "Back" button.
Select the item you wish to return or exchange from the drop-down list and fill in the requested information - Item condition, Reason for return, Quantity to return, Resolution - Refund, voucher, or replacement. You can add or remove items until your return is adjusted, then click the Submit button.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT:
Go tohttps://www.waa-ultra.com/en/rma/guest/login/.
Enter your order number, billing last name, and email then point to the "Continue" button.
Select your order. Select the item you wish to return or exchange from the drop-down list and fill in the requested information - Item condition, Reason for return, Quantity to return, Resolution - Refund, voucher, or replacement. You can add or remove items until your return is adjusted, then click the Submit button.
That's all! You will receive automated notifications for the steps of processing of your return/exchange.
THE PROCEDURE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
You will receive a confirmation email for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The status of your request at this stage is "New".
When received by the customer service team, the status of your RMA will be appropriately changed.
To return the goods, you must print the packing slip and stick them in your package.
Send the package to the address indicated.
After shipping, please change the status of your return to "Product shipped" - go to "My Returns" in the "My Account" menu. This is important because this way the warehouse will wait for your return.
When received in the warehouse, your RMA status will be changed to "Product received".
Depending on your request - exchange or return, your product will be replaced or you will be reimbursed. This will change the status of your RMA to "Completed".
Return costs will be borne by the sender.
